With a lot of passion and determination, this Peruvian couple has made their dream come true of bringing delicious Peruvian cuisine to the streets of Los Angeles.

A few years ago, Carlos and Ada came to the United States in search of new opportunities, but they always carried with them their love for their homeland and its gastronomy. After working hard in different jobs, they decided it was time to do something of their own and share the flavors of Peru with the world.

That’s how the idea of their @theperuvianguyla FOOD TRUCK was born. From day one, their goal was to offer authentic Peruvian dishes prepared with love and homemade seasoning.
